Let xe_vm_snapshot_capture() handle the q->vm == NULL case.
Also coredump->snapshot.vm needs to be set to NULL in this case otherwise it will still point to older VM snapshot.

Have you considered use ascii85_encode()? Would make devcoredump file smaller.
