We leave the force-push blocked in gitlab to avoid mistakes. When we
need to rebase this branch we go to
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/xe/kernel/-/settings/repository#js-protected-branches-settings
and temporarily enable it.

I was wondering why patches 1 and 3 were not applying after the
rebase... it turns out the rebase itself already put it in the right
state since it simply drops the hunk that is now applied to drm-xe-next.
