[PATCH v2 0/4] Make MEI GSC interface available if i915 isn't

Hi,

resend because I managed to confuse patchwork.

i915 is still very much x86 only, but xe can exist on other platforms as
well, and with it, the management engine. This updates the Kconfig
dependencies accordingly.

In addition, allow building MEI as builtins even if i915/xe are modules.

Open question: do we also want the GSC proxy on xe?
