[LDTP-Dev] [Bug 339884] the node </ldtp> will be writen more times

Hi Lavi,
  We can't have two <ldtp></ldtp>, <ldtp></ldtp> in the same file, so I
would suggest to remove overwrite option. Instead, we can backup existing
file, if 0 is provided ? Whats your thought ?
