Calling onwindowcreate with frm* argument - ldtp crash

Steps to reproduce the crash:

In python prompt

>>> from ldtp import *
>>> getapplist ()
>>> onwindowcreate ('frm*')

Invoking 'Character Map' from gnome menu crashes LDTP
