[LDTP-Dev] LDTP v1.7.1 http_proxy/HTTP_PROXY changes impact on client-server cnx

Hi Nouar,

This is interesting to know :) In our automation environment in VMware, we
do have http_proxy settings, we haven't noticed any such issue. If this is
an Open Source project, can I verify it ?
