[LDTP-Dev] Question on Loong/ LDTP

I did some searching for Loong.

This might be an early prototype of Loong:

Finally, I found what appears to be the project:

There is the XML-RPC daemon (in C# / Jython), and also what might be
the Python client. I didn't see the Ruby client.
