[PATCH 0/3] libmd: Porting to Windows platforms

Hi,

this is an improvement for Windows target platforms, following up
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libbsd/2017-May/000149.html

The idea still is to avoid weak aliases, but provide strong aliases
instead of real functions when using the GNU compiler.

And beyond Cygwin/MinGW, this also allows to use MSVC toolchain back
to Visual Studio 2010.  Tested up to recent VS 2019, both x32 and x64,
with all 6 test cases to PASS.
