Regarding Error: Dependency libbsd not found

Greetings of the day,
My name is Utkarsh from Taiwan. I am Doctoral student at National
Taiwan University.
I am currently working on DPDK and try to build pktgen module for DPDK.
But it always gives me error message Dependency libbsd not found.
Please can you help me with this.
