This is already a release candidate, I'd say.

Changelog since Draft v3:

- Specify POSIX versions
- ffix
- wfix
- Curate See also

I'm not sure I fully understood it.  Please check the updated comments.
No type required actual modifications after that change.

Basically, I merged (3) & (4).
