[ANNOUNCE] libmd 1.0.4 released

Hi!

This release consists mostly of build system fixes and improvements
and compiler warning fixes. Also a clarification on the security status
of RIPEMD160 and SHA-1.

As usual the tarballs can be found both at Hadrons.Org and FreeDesktop.Org.
