[ANNOUNCE] libmd 1.1.0 released

Hi!

This release consists mostly of build system fixes, portability fixes for
macOS, a new libmd(7) man page, code syncing from the various BSDs with
the addition of the SHA224 and SHA512-256 digest variants.

As usual the tarballs can be found both at FreeDesktop.Org and Hadrons.Org.
