[Libburn] Lite-On LTR-24102B Compatibility

The other day I hacked in support for burning ISO images to Optimystic,
but I found that images burned with libburn can't be read (it says there
is no media in the drive) by my Lite-On LTR-24102B CD-RW under Linux
(2.6.7 w/ IDE ATAPI driver).  My DVD player (also using the IDE ATAPI
driver) reads them fine, and under Windows XP, both drives are able to
read the discs.  I've tried opening/closing the drive tray, reading them
as root, etc., to no avail.  Is there a known issue with this drive, and
how can I go about trouble-shooting this?  Let me know if any more
infomation could be useful.
