[Libburn] Joliet support

Here it is. It applies to CVS + the archives and patches I sent
previously. It supports Joliet names and deep directories. Once again,
this patch hasn't been thoroughly tested, but it works in the cases I've
tried. I have tested deep directories, long names as well as some
reasonably large directory trees.

The patch also fixes a small bug that duplicated (and messed up the
order of) SUSP fields, resulting in problems with rock ridge.
