[Libdlo] Wide screen support?

Hi Brent,

Welcome.  displaylink-mod and the latest version of libdlo (the
version in git, not the tarball) both should support these modes.
Specifically, both now take the native timings of the monitor and set
a mode directly based on it -- if a mode doesn't exceed the
capabilities of the chip, and doesn't exceed any pre-allocated
buffers, then whatever the monitor reports should be possible.
