[Libdlo] DisplayLink Wiki

http://displaylink.org/ has now been redirected to a separate wiki
namespace on freedesktop.org, with room for more end-user oriented
documentation on using DisplayLink devices with non-Win/Mac OSes --
starting with a basic http://libdlo.freedesktop.org/wiki/HowTo
document, that in time will hopefully cover configuration instructions
for different OS/distributions, different usage scenarios for
DisplayLink devices, and different devices themselves.

Any experience reports, tips, or links to blog posts, etc. are very
welcome here.
