[Libdlo] udlfb 0.2

Instead of patching my previous patch, I have just attached the
entire udlfb.c source. This version provides RLE compression.

Perhaps in the future it would be handy to provide some way to
control the type of compression used? I can imagine Huffmann
compression will use a lot more CPU than RLE.
