[Libdlo] module loads and unloads

This looks like some usb control transfers are failing.

Have you made any changes to the udlfb ?
Try the following
modprobe -r udlfb
depmod -a
uplug, replug

dmesg again.

you could also look at lsusb to see if you displaylink device
enumerate properly.
