[Libdlo] New Chips: DL-1x5 ("Ollie") Family

Hello Everyone,

As you may have noticed, DisplayLink launched a new chip family today, 
the DL-1x5:

The current libdlo library supports the DL-1x5 today, and we plan to add 
more capabilities as time goes on.

There are currently two products on the market that use the DL-1x5: the 
Samsung SyncMaster LD190G (DL-125, 1366x768) and the SyncMaster LD220G 
(DL-165, 1920x1080). We'll be sure to update you as new products (like 
USB to DVI adapters that support up to 2048x1152) start to come on to 
the market.
