[Libdlo] compiling udlfb on ARM

folks hi,

just debugging running udlfb on ARM: i think i've got the endianness
sorted, but also fb_parse_edid is getting the screen size as 0,0
instead of 800x480. by forcing the screen on this 7in DS-70U to
800x480 i managed to get the green screen and also echo
asdkadadjkahdjks > /dev/fb3 (don't ask - it's an OMAP3530 IGEPv2 - it
has 3x framebuffers already!) displays crap in the top-left corner.

i have displaylink_drv xorg compiled i don't have a high-speed hub or
USB-OTG cable so i can't do mouse or keyboard yet (OMAP3530 only
supports UHCI on both the USB host and USB OTG) but i have confidence
that it will work.
