Hi Pradeep,
libdlo is being packaged in Fedora, see:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=504225

hopefully other packages will come soon. I'll try to compile the bits for Fedora
 in the days to come and will share my experience with others.
