Hello, all,

I'm trying to set up my xorg.conf to use a DisplayLink device with the
libdlo driver and am hitting this issue:

[ 15.851] (II) LoadModule: "displaylink"
[ 15.855] (WW) Warning, couldn't open module displaylink
[ 15.855] (II) UnloadModule: "displaylink"
[ 15.855] (EE) Failed to load module "displaylink" (module does not
exist, 0)

I've read this message:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libdlo/2009-June/000176.html and
ensured my .so files are in the right location...

See from my xorg.conf:

Section "Files"
    ModulePath "/usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/nvidia"
    ModulePath "/usr/lib/xorg/modules"
    ModulePath "/usr/local/lib"
EndSection

And the files on the filesystem with what I think are proper permissions...

$ ls -la /usr/lib/xorg/modules | grep dlo
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 150726 Dec 14 11:20 libdlo.a
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 941 Dec 14 11:20 libdlo.la
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 113929 Dec 14 11:20 libdlo.so
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 113929 Dec 14 11:20 libdlo.so.0
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 113929 Dec 14 11:20 libdlo.so.0.1.0

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
