I don't think so. IIRC libdlo is a quick implementation as proof of concept. It 
is not supposed to be used by end users. displaylink_drv.so is an older 
displaylink Xorg driver. Newer one is a modified fbdev driver. You can find the 
latest sources at git.plugable.com
