[Libdlo] displaylink / udlfb with OpenSuse 11.2 : problems

I had the same problem and tried to get it fixed, but it seems some 
devices just can't read EDID data, see the thread at 
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libdlo/2010-January/000537.html

The short answer is: Figure out your EDID data, hardcode it in udlfb.h 
and recompile the module.
