[Libdlo] udlfb commit 1bbba9e8123453ce1677fc247abc356c7040892c causes kernel panic

I don't know for certain if it was the issue you were seeing, but that
commit did have an errant free error, which could have been the cause.  If
you can, please check the latest code on git.plugable.com to confirm if your
issue is resolved.
