[Libdlo] Linux driver for USB graphics adapter

Hi all,

I want to use display link USB graphics adapter under the below given linux
and kernel versions,

 

-          Novel linux POS 9- Kernel version 2.6

-          RedHat 7.3- Kernel version 2.4

 

Can anyone direct me to any driver download link that can support above
given kernels?
