[Libdlo] Doublesight Ds-90U display issues on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04.1 LTS

Things seem to be aligned but there are black horizontal lines and dragging
a window (or menu) leaves trails. Might be some sort of weird line rendering
wrapping problem.

Basic install/config steps (that I can remember):

1. sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-displaylink
2. blacklist bitblit/font/tileblit/fbcon in */etc/modprobe.d/fbcon.conf
3. sudo depmod -a
4. sudo update-initramfs -u
5. changed *GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=”quiet splash vga=normal nomodeset”
in /etc/default/grub
6. sudo update-grub
7. reboot
8. created basic $HOME/xorg.conf.d/xorg.conf - just displaylink screen no
other screens/monitors
9. sudo apt-get install fluxbox
10. sudo xinit fluxbox -- :1 -configdir $HOME/xorg.conf.d/ -sharevts
