[Libdlo] X uses 100% CPU with latest driver

Hi all,
I've recently updated to the latest udlfb code from git.plugable.com. In a 
multi-seat configuration top reports that X server uses 100% CPU. This was not 
the case with the older code I was using previously.

Previous code was downloaded on 30-May-2010 from this snapshot:

Latest code I use downloaded on 21-Oct-2010:

Any ideas how to figure out what's causing the increase of CPU usage are welcome.
