[Libdlo] DisplayLink support in DRM/KMS subsystem

Just FYI, David Airlie is working on enhancing DRM/KMS to accommodate
USB graphics devices (he has some donated Plugable DisplayLink-based
devices, but it should support all).  I'm not sure yet what
relationship this will end up having with udlfb, but would be great to
have USB graphics devices be first-class alongside PCI ones in
DRM/KMS.
