[Libdlo] libdlo for linux text console without X server?

Hello all,

I am trying to get my Kensington Universal Multi-Display Adapter to
work with libdlo. I get the green screen  working and need the adapter
to display the text console without X server. I have a archlinux
(linux 3.0) i also compile udlfb framebuffer driver. How can i get the
Adapter to display  the text console ? I dont have any Desktop
Environment do i still need the X server?

Any help would be much appreciated.
