[Libdlo] Programming firmware to eeprom

I'm wondering if anyone has the correct information for using USB to read/write the firmware in the eeprom of a DisplayLink device from Linux. Can't do it in anything else (non-x86, integrated DisplayLink device).

Hoping to just get the right EP/index information and I can hack up something with libusb myself.
