RFC: libmbim-glib: make mbim-message-private.h public?

Hi,

I'm been thinking that it would be useful to have the structures and
functions in mbim-message-private.h public.  I've found that I've had to
duplicate the structures and some of the code when supporting non-standard
services.

Thoughts?
