Establishing connections to multiple PDPs simultaneously with MBIM

I'm using a Telit LN930 (Intel XMM7160 based modem). I'd prefer to not use
ModemManager and use mbimcli directly. I'm not exactly sure how to do it,
though. The --connect switch doesn't seem to indicate a way to do it.
