I personally like the way parameters are passed in mmcli (not
mbimcli); e.g. "var1=something,var2=someotherthing,var3=....".  So,
not really depending on passing arguments in specific positions on a
comma separated list, but prefixing each of the arguments with the
actual type (e.g. var1 and var2 could be "apn" and "ip-type" here).
