When did you checkout the qmi-over-mbim branch of ModemManager? Today?
I just pushed a last change 1 hour ago.

Also, anyway, the logs look good but they don't contain a connection
attempt. Could you try to get connected to the Internet through the
device while MM is running in debug mode?
