ANN: Report bugs at Freedesktop Gitlab

Hey all,

We're in the process of moving libmbim to the new Gitlab instance at
Freedesktop. While doing this, all open libmbim tickets have been
moved from bugzilla to the new project in gitlab.

Please report all new bugs directly in gitlab, under the Issues section.

P.S.: committers will now push changes to gitlab, but the original
fd.o git repos get automatically mirrored.
