ModemManager/libqmi/libmbim openwrt feed moved to fd.o gitlab

Hey,

I maintained an unofficial openwrt feed for MM/libqmi/libmbim in
bitbucket.org, I've just moved it to fd.o gitlab alongside the actual
projects:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/mobile-broadband-openwrt

BTW, if anyone would like to work on integrating these in the upstream
openwrt packages repository we could even get rid of this custom
feed... help welcome :)
