Unable to start mbim-network

Hello,

I am working with a Sierra Wireless 7511 with an AT&T (APN=BROADBAND) 
running on Cent OS 7.

I cannot get the command

     mbim-network start

to start

I don't understand why the profile is not found nor why the error : 
operation fialed: RadioPowerOff

Your insight would be greatly appreciated.
