Matrix and IRC channels

Hey all!

There is now a #modemmanager:matrix.org channel in Matrix, which is also
bridged to the #modemmanager IRC channel in Libera.Chat.

Join if you'd like to discuss about ModemManager, libqmi or libmbim with
other users and contributors.

And thanks kop316 for setting all this up!
