... can anyone confirm that oil_idct8x8theora_s16[_ref]() operates
as it's expected to?  I don't find its results to really
resemble what I expect from an IDCT, even after adjusting
for the Theora FDCT coefficients (I think) being naturally
scaled by 4 according to spec.  Most of the post-IDCT values
seem to be zero in a fairly uniform pattern across the 8x8 blocks.
