[Liboil] Undocumented parameters

Hi
  I'm a big fan of the liboil concept, but at first impact it is let
down by many function parameters being entirely undocumented.
  One example is the meaning of the sstr and dstr parameters to all
the conv functions, which are simply not mentioned anywhere. I can
fire off a guess - maybe they are "stride" values for source and
destination, to convert every Nth term? Dunno. Other functions have
additional explicit *stride* variables. Mystery.
