[Liboil] liboil release?

Trying to get
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/liboil/+bug/163255 solved.
Looks like it was fixed ages again upstream, but the patch was never
ported to Ubuntu/Debian.

Seeing as you're the Debian/Ubuntu maintainer, mind applying the patch,
or just releasing a new version of liboil?

This bug has been affecting me for about a year now. Just now getting
around to tracking it down.
