[Liboil] Empty _oil_function_class_array

I'm using mingw/msys.

I've configured liboil with --enable-static, but I am getting an empty
_oil_function_class_array. That doesn't appear normal. Is liboil supposed to
work out of the box with MinGW/Msys? The configuration says that MMX is
enabled, so the MMX functions should be in the function classes, right?

Do you have to add your own classes to the class array? If so, I don't see
where there are any APIs to do that.
