MRW format

Hi,

I just noticed that support for MRW was added to libopenraw.

Last year, I attempted to document the format (for my KM 7D)

My documentation can be found here:

I started from Dalibor's work but my document provides several new
information especially for the 7D and the 5D models (e.g. orientation
flag, lens ID, ...)

The directory http://www.chauveau-central.net/mrw-format/ contains a few
more file including a small program to dump the MRW file headers.
