qmi-network with APN

Hey,

Just pushed a quick fix to the libqmi repo to handle APNs passed to WDS
Start Network.

Just create a /etc/qmi-network.conf file with:
APN=your.apn.here

And then run qmi-network as usual:
 $> qmi-network /dev/cdc-wdm0 start
