qmi testing?

If you can't get those tools working without much extra effort, then I
guess it's easiest to just build qmi_wwan with support for this device.
It is pretty safe to assume that interface #4 is the QMI/wwan interface
based on the Windows driver info you sent to the linux-usb list.
