Hi,

The logfiles show that your modem switches from:

12d1:14fe
to
12d1:1506

Which kernel did you use with the attached dmesg.log?

Since kernel 3.4  12d1:1506 should work with option and qmi_wwan.

Older kernels probably not. (uname -a )

For LTE you need qmi_wwan and qmi-lib, Modemmanager with qmi-support.



Because I own only similar modems, could you look at the 
decive-manager/properties if windows switches
to 12d1:1506 or to something different?

May you find also a list in Windows,
modem12d1:1506 #1
AT-port12d1:1506#2
DIAG12d1:1506#3
NDIS12d1:1506#4
or something like that, please post this too in your next email/answer.
