Huawei E3276 problem

Just sending AT^NDISDUP=1,1,"yourapn" to Huawei E3276 through serial port and then using dhcp cleint to ip address.

I just simply add the following lines to cdc_ncm.c for my tests.
it's a ugly patch.

How do you manage (configure, connect, disconnect etc) the device?  By
AT commands on the serial port?

Did you patch the cdc_ncm driver to support this?  Would you mind
signing off and sending that patch upstream?
