I have one of these, which is nice because it has both antennas and a
SIM slot included (and mine even came with a plastic box with an
"Option" logo): http://www.ebay.com/itm/161085735021

The tool-less locking mechanism will break if you change cards.  But a
rubber band is a perfect replacement :)

I also have one of these, which is better suited for card changing, but

Haven't tested any of these with the MC7710 as that is mounted in my
laptop, but they have worked with all the cards I have tried.  The
pinout and connectors, including the antenna connectors, are all pretty
standard.  Even the LEDs work as expected.
