Patch to set authentication data

Hi!

I need to set authentication data for the APN. Because qmicli is missing
this, I patched it. Also it sets the connection timeout to 45s because
10s is way to short.
Please apply. If you have any questions, don't hesitate. I'm not a C
programmer, so please take a good look!

I'm also planning to add support for band/thechnology preference
selection and roaming checks.
